What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the landing pages at ads.330hosting.com — the pages Google Ads visitors land on. Hosting, design, and maintenance services you buy from 330 Hosting have a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

You may browse the landing pages and submit the lead form for legitimate inquiries about 330 Hosting's services. You may not:

• Submit forms with fabricated information or someone else's contact details
• Attempt to access the underlying infrastructure, the Cloudflare Worker, or the storage that backs the form
• Use these pages to send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or other content
• Scrape or republish the page content for commercial purposes

No guarantee of outcome

Quoted prices, timelines, and service descriptions are estimates based on the information you provide. The actual scope and price are confirmed in a written agreement before any paid work begins.

Intellectual property

The page design, copy, and code are owned by 330 Hosting or its licensors. You may quote brief excerpts in reviews or social posts with attribution. You may not republish whole pages.

Third-party services

These pages load fonts from Google Fonts, analytics from Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking from Google Ads. Each third party operates under its own terms. We pick vendors we trust, but we do not control their practices.

Limitation of liability

The landing pages are provided "as is." 330 Hosting is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of these pages, including lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute is heard in Stark County, Ohio.
